Ms. Miklyn Antoline serves as the Executive Assistant for the Institute for a Drug-Free Workplace, a national coalition dedicated to promoting the rights of employers and employees in effective substance-abuse-prevention programs.
The Institute furthers the country’s dialogue on issues surrounding drug abuse in the workplace, especially at the national level.
In this regard, Ms. Antoline manages the Institute’s document production and distribution, and serves as a liaison to members. She has substantial legal, corporate development, and administrative experience, and serves as the Legal Assistant for Mark de Bernardo, the Institute’s Executive Director.
Ms. Antoline began her career in the legal field in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 1985 as a Legal Secretary at a Bankruptcy/Family Law Firm. Later, she became a Paralegal by trade, obtaining a diploma from Baton Rouge College in Paralegal Studies. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies at Capitol State University in 2004.
Ms. Antoline obtained a Legal Assistant position at McKenna Long & Aldridge in 2011. She currently works with Jackson Lewis as a Legal Assistant and files matters of national interest for the firm. She has a strong background in technology and has a successful track record of managing projects with the firm.
Ms. Antoline is the proud mother of three sons. She resides in Northern Virginia.
