Katharine Murphy is the Manager of Operations for the Institute for a Drug-Free Workplace, a national coalition dedicated to promoting and preserving the rights of employers and employees in effective substance-abuse-prevention programs.

Ms. Murphy manages the member service and publication departments, the accounting section to include accounts payable and receivable, and oversees marketing projects for the Institute. Ms. Murphy also acts as webmaster for the Institute web site.

Ms. Murphy has over fourteen years operations experience to include profit and non-profit corporations.
